What DawnWord is

DawnWord is a daily Bible reading app that delivers a short Scripture passage each day. Content is bundled with the app and does not require an internet connection to read.

Subscriptions

DawnWord is available through a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's app store settings.

You may use DawnWord for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its content curation.

Intellectual property

The app's design, code, and content curation are proprietary. The Berean Standard Bible text itself is in the public domain.

DawnWord is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using DawnWord at any time by deleting the app. All locally stored data is removed upon deletion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
